Imagine if agency leaders could use cutting-edge business strategies to streamline and shorten processes that place children in loving homes. By bringing these modern tools to the child welfare system, we could vastly improve outcomes for individual children and families while avoiding the downstream costs to our society of our failure to protect our most vulnerable kids.

Foster America recruits talented professionals with skills and expertise that are critically needed but in short supply in the child welfare sector.
We provide the training and tools for our fellows to succeed in 18-month, full-time roles at child welfare agencies across America, where they lead major reform projects that require their skills.
In the long run, we aim to scale the innovations our fellows develop and build a movement of fellowship alumni who will transform child welfare outcomes nationwide.
